IsoLane support
Help with importing, checking and sharing separate WAV channels.
Import a WAV
Tap Import WAV and select a 2–8 channel WAV in Files. A mono file cannot be split into separate recorded channels. The original stays in its current location; IsoLane keeps an app-local copy. Try a sample take adds a synthetic stereo file only when you choose it.
Listen, select and name
Listen previews up to five seconds of one channel. In version 1.1, Stop or Cancel ends that request; selecting another take also stops playback. Include only the channels you want, then use Name tracks and Save. Check your installed version before using the new controls.
Export and keep your result
Export WAVs creates one 24-bit mono WAV per selected channel at the source sample rate. Share the WAV files opens the iOS share sheet. Save to Files or your chosen editor. This is channel extraction, not AI stem separation. Files shared elsewhere remain independent of the app library.
A library or save error appears
Do not uninstall as a troubleshooting step: that removes the local library. Free device storage if needed, reopen the app and retry. Version 1.1 preserves the previous library when an index write fails and keeps unreadable library data unchanged. Support cannot remotely recover local audio.
