Effective November 7, 2026. Local Network Inspector is a focused Android network-recording utility from Gobling Company.

Authorized use

Use the app only on networks and endpoints you own or are authorized to administer. You control the destination addresses, ports, hostname and information in your notes and exports. Respect the rules of network owners and service providers.

Result scope

Results are observations from the device and its default route at a particular time. VPNs, firewalls, system caches, router settings and permissions affect them. A timeout does not prove an outage or closed port. The app does not certify network security, identify every LAN device or perform vulnerability testing.

Purchase and data

The Android release is intended as a one-time paid Google Play purchase with no subscription or in-app purchases. Google Play handles availability, payment and applicable refund requests. Android and iOS purchases are separate. Keep your own exported copies of important records.
