Set the exact sequence

Enter a prefix and starting number directly. Choose minimum digits, four placements and a margin in points. Leave a cover unnumbered without consuming its first Bates number. A full sequence must fit within 1–9,999,999,999.

Deliver actual files

Create a separate PDF, quoted UTF-8 CSV manifest and run receipt. Preview the generated PDF and choose a native share action. The manifest records document name, original page number, Bates label, placement and your note.
