Choose and preview

Choose PDF opens the system file picker. The app copies a supported document into its own container and leaves the original in Files unchanged. Try example packet explicitly opens fictional example data. In Document, switch Numbered and Original and step through pages.

Numbering

Set prefix, starting number, minimum digits, placement, margin and an optional skipped cover. A cover uses no number. Red or orange validation explains a range or page-size problem. Labels must fit within the displayed crop area. Choose a shorter prefix or smaller margin when necessary.

Create and share

In Deliver, create the PDF and CSV before previewing or sharing them. A changed source or setting requires a new run. The receipt contains source/output hashes and number range, not legal certification. Share via iOS to a location you choose; a visible share sheet alone does not prove a recipient received the file.

Supported documents

Unencrypted PDFs with 1–500 pages up to 64 MB. Unsupported interactive widgets, attached media or malformed pages are rejected. Save a standard PDF copy using your source application. Existing digital signatures are not preserved as valid signatures in modified copies.

Storage

More → Remove generated copies clears app-generated runs and keeps the imported copy. Remove imported copy clears that source while keeping numbering preferences; earlier generated runs remain until separately removed. Reset numbering keeps the imported PDF. Generated copies have a 256 MB soft limit before starting another run.
