Your photo, shaped in millimetres

Choose a developed width and Flat, 30°, 60° or 90° arc. Set minimum and maximum thickness, optional sampled 2 mm border, photo brightness, contrast and gamma. Rotate the actual mesh, inspect a mid-height section or compare the adjusted tones. iPad gives the model a large canvas beside its inspector.

Export grids 128, 256 or 512 samples on the longest edge; preview capped at 192. Height follows the photo aspect ratio. Production starts empty; an optional original generated landscape lets you try the complete workflow.

A complete slicer handoff

The ZIP includes a closed binary STL, a connected 21-step thickness coupon STL, a two-page setup PDF, an adjusted PNG, parameter JSON and print notes. Share individual files or the full ZIP. Save up to 12 editable projects; reopen, rename, duplicate, replace photos, add notes or delete. Edits clear the prior export.

STL does not store units: use millimetres, 100% scale and your chosen orientation in a slicer. Width is developed arc length. Y is height and Z is depth. Test your material, settings and lighting with the 105 × 20 mm coupon; Tone view is a digital illustration, not calibrated transmission. No physical print, material validation or print-quality guarantee is claimed.

Width 50–180 mm; height 20–240 mm. Still images iOS can decode up to 40 MB / 40 MP; working copies are oriented, flattened onto white, 8-bit sRGB grayscale, max 2048 edge. EXIF is not retained. No automatic crop, RAW editor, G-code, slicing, printer connection or cloud sync. Settings JSON records parameters and is not an importable project backup.
