Lens test — version 1.1
Tap the ruler icon or Test a lens first on the empty screen. Choose starting LPI, step, lens direction, DPI and A4 or US Letter, then Create test sheet. Share the PDF and CSV. Print at 100%, measure the separate 100 mm reference and compare under your lens. Choose pitch lists the exact bands: select one, add an optional note and Use this pitch. With no project, this creates an empty print using that choice. Save preset stores it for reuse. The sliders icon edits the test settings.
No automatic best band is inferred. Bands outside 10–150 LPI or below two pixels per lens are omitted. In version 1.0, generate the pitch-test PDF with the five output files; separate testing and the corrected long horizontal-lens span arrive in 1.1.
Arrange and export
Use the optional day/night example, Choose photos or Import images or backup. Add 2–8 images, reorder and Crop. Print setup controls requested size, DPI, effective pitch, direction, reverse, phase and paper. Frames previews source views manually; Interlaced shows the actual digital stripes. Create print files opens the actual PDFs and five shareable files. Save important output copies through system sharing; generated files are temporary app-cache items, not a permanent print library.
Limits and backups
Image import: up to 20 MB and 100 MP, normalized to at most 1600 pixels per edge. Requested print size: 20–150 mm per edge; DPI: 300, 600, 720 or 1200; output edges: at most 4096 pixels. Each source view needs at least one pixel per lens. Actual millimeter size reflects pixel rounding. JSON import: up to 128 MB. A JSON backup includes source images and can restore a separate editable copy.
Keep important backups outside the app before deleting projects or uninstalling. This app cannot verify printer scaling or lens compatibility from a screen.
