Reelmark support

Tap Import WAV files and select a recording through Files. In the recording editor, change Labels and choose Save draft. Timestamp accepts a sample count or a clock time plus additional samples. The conversion uses that file’s sample rate, not a SMPTE frame rate.

Use little-endian RIFF/WAVE with uncompressed PCM at 8, 16, 24 or 32 bits, or IEEE float at 32 or 64 bits. Compatible extensible formats and BWF bext versions 0–2 are supported. Each file must be at most 256 MB. RF64, Wave64, compressed audio and C2PA-signed WAV are not edited.

BWF text fields use printable ASCII. Description allows 256 characters; originator and reference allow 32 each. Use a real date in YYYY-MM-DD format and a time from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59, or leave either field empty. First sample must be an unsigned whole number.

Choose Export copy. Reelmark writes a new WAV, reads it back and compares audio bytes and every untouched chunk. Share both files sends that WAV and its text verification receipt to the destination you choose. The receipt’s audio SHA-256 checks byte identity, not authenticity. Open the result in your receiving software before relying on a handoff.

From Library actions, choose Batch originator, select recordings and apply an originator. An optional preset saves the originator for later. Export CSV inventory produces a named file of saved draft values. This inventory is not a backup of the source audio or an interchange format for every metadata editor.

If saved recordings unexpectedly disappear or the library cannot open, stop importing and do not uninstall Reelmark: uninstalling removes local app data. Free device storage if needed and reopen the app. If a save or removal fails, contact support with the app version and exact action. Keep the original Files documents and previously shared exports; support cannot recover device files remotely.
