On-device speech recognition is unavailable / 온디바이스 음성 인식을 사용할 수 없어요
On-device recognition depends on the device, operating-system version, language files, and locale. Confirm that English speech recognition is downloaded and enabled in system settings, then reopen SceneSpeak. SceneSpeak will not silently send audio to a server as a fallback. / 온디바이스 인식은 기기, 운영체제 버전, 언어 파일과 로케일에 따라 달라집니다. 시스템 설정에서 영어 음성 인식을 활성화한 뒤 앱을 다시 열어 주세요. SceneSpeak는 폴백을 위해 음성을 서버로 몰래 전송하지 않습니다.
Microphone or speech permission was denied / 마이크 또는 음성 인식 권한을 거부했어요
Open the device Settings app, find SceneSpeak, and allow Microphone and Speech Recognition. SceneSpeak requests these permissions only when you begin a speaking activity. / 기기 설정에서 SceneSpeak를 찾아 마이크와 음성 인식을 허용해 주세요. 권한은 말하기 활동을 시작할 때만 요청합니다.
My Pro access is missing / Pro 이용 권한이 보이지 않아요
Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Open SceneSpeak Settings, choose SceneSpeak Pro, and tap Restore Purchases. A restore does not create a new charge. / 구매에 사용한 Apple 또는 Google 계정인지 확인한 뒤 SceneSpeak 설정의 SceneSpeak Pro에서 ‘구매 복원’을 눌러 주세요. 구매 복원으로 새 결제가 발생하지 않습니다.
Cancel or change a subscription / 구독을 취소하거나 변경하고 싶어요
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Use the subscription-management link in SceneSpeak Pro or open your store account's Subscriptions screen. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. / 구독은 Apple 또는 Google에서 관리합니다. SceneSpeak Pro의 구독 관리 링크 또는 스토어 계정의 구독 화면을 이용해 주세요. 앱 삭제만으로 결제가 취소되지는 않습니다.
Speech results look inaccurate / 음성 인식 결과가 부정확해요
Try a quieter place, hold the device at a consistent distance, and speak after the listening indicator appears. Mission scores compare recognized words with the target sentence; they are not a native-speaker pronunciation score. / 조용한 환경에서 기기를 일정한 거리에 두고 듣기 표시가 나타난 뒤 말해 보세요. 미션 점수는 인식된 단어와 목표 문장을 비교한 값이며 원어민 발음 점수가 아닙니다.
