Privacy policy

Effective November 5, 2026. Gobling Company provides PatchBay Signal Flow for Android as an offline paid utility.

Local work

The app does not collect or transmit personal data. It has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking SDK, AI service, app network permission or cloud sync. Device specifications, connections, notes, imported plans and generated files stay in private device storage. Android device backup is disabled. The app does not request microphone or camera access or capture audio.

Files you choose

Android’s document picker grants access to files you select. A chosen storage provider may use cloud storage under its own policy. Saving and sharing are user initiated; destinations and receiving apps handle files under their own terms. Support and policy links open your browser. A support email is sent only if you choose to send it; its contents are used to respond.

Deletion and recovery

Delete plan removes its private data and local exports. Clear local exports removes those generated files without deleting the plan. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes private work. External saved/shared files remain until you delete them at their destination. A recovery ZIP is created only on request and contains raw local state and files; protect it as you would the original plans.
